After three years in executive management, Bernie became a minor partner in the mortgage world. Prior to his career in lending, he served in the U.S. Navy from 1987–91 as a hospital corpsman.

With a deep desire to help people reach their full potential, he has specialized in training loan officers for over two decades. He continues propelling people toward their goals through Cason today.
